The 5-6 floor building is 40x75m dimensions with a full basement and the inner part of the ground floor work for pedestrians or parking.

The bearing structure of the building is monolithic 3D frame with monolithic floor slabs. The transverse frame beams are designed with the lower openings for the full fittings distribution just above the ceiling level.
The built elements like footbridges, ramps, large-size windows and skylights are of steel construction.
