The prefabricated multi-span RC structure of pin connected members except a fixed-column footing, where the beam-column bearing structures of a constant 17.25m spacing is supporting sloping perpendicular spanned purlins in 5.75m spacing.

In the end dock-walls the steel compression-tension system of bracing between edge purlins was designed to support wind-columns. The vertical steel bracings in a longitudinal and transverse inner walls were also applied.
On the purlins, the roof cover was designed as 2-span trapezoidal sheets of 160mm height and 0.88mm thickness. In the snow load drift zones like parapets or valley the sheet was doubled. The prestressed girders and purlins of respectively C45/55 and C35/45 concrete and the precast 60/60cm columns of C35/45 concrete.

OFFICE BUILDINGS Three 3-storey identical freestanding monolithic buildings of 10.5m height. Walls of 25 and 20cm thickness and columns in different spacings and diameters.
